Subscription Policy & Billing Timeline

Billing Cycle  
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis on the same calendar date as the original purchase. For example, if your subscription begins on the 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of each following month.

Subscription cutoff & Shipping Schedule  

To ensure timely processing and fulfillment, the following cutoff policy applies:

Subscription purchase placed between  5th and the 29th of the month will be processed and shipped within the current month’s subscription cycle.  
Orders placed after the 29th is considered after- cutoff for the current month’s subscription cycle. 

After-Cutoff Subscriptions 
Any subscription order placed after the monthly cutoff will automatically roll over and be included in the next month’s shipment cycle.

Additional Notes  
Shipping timelines may vary slightly based on processing volume and holidays.  
Tracking information will not be provided for mail club subscriptions.

All Subscriptions are non-refundable once’s order is placed.
