Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing times may increase during high-volume periods such as product launches, sales and holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-5 Business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping to select locations. 

Mail Club Shipping 

Our Mail Club orders follow a special schedule:

  • Orders placed between the 5th–29th will ship the following month’s batch
  • All subscription packages are shipped together during our designated monthly shipping window

This allows us to curate a cohesive, magical experience for every member.
