Refund policy

At The Scrap Parlour, each item is thoughtfully created and carefully prepared with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@thescrapparlour.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and work with you toward a resolution.
